Corrupt public servants

Day before yesterday Sunil Joshi, an officer in Town Planning dept, KDMC and yesterday it was Manjit Singh Bali, Postmaster General of Maharashtra & Goa. They have been caught with huge amount of disproportionate assests and while accepting hefty bribes. What a shame! Or not at all? This is just tip of the iceberg. All we know that most of the public servants (so called) take bribe. Those who don't take don't have the opportunity to take. Public morale is so low, it is apathetic. Common citizens know no work gets done in govt departments without offering money whatever simple or small matter it is. There is all pervading greed for money for everything. Total administration is rotting like a dead corpse. No wonder we belong to top 10% in World Corruption Index and get pleasure that we are below rogue countries like Pakistan, Nigeria etc. When this will change? Will we be able to see a true 'Mahan Bharat' in our life time?
